7:30 am - JV & Varsity (Girls & Boys) Check-In & Course Walk-through

8:00 am - Varsity Boys 5K (3.1 Miles)

8:30 am - JV Boys 5K (3.1 Miles)

9:00 am - Varsity Girls 2-Mile

9:30 am - JV Girls 2-Mile

10:00 am - JV & Varsity Individual & Team Awards

10:00 am - 6th-8th Grade (Girls & Boys) Check-In & Course Walk-through

10:30 am - 6th-8th Grade Premier Girls 2-Mile

11:00 am - 6th-8th Grade Premier Boys 2-Mile

11:30 am - 6th-8th Grade Secondary Girls 2-Mile

12:00 pm - 6th-8th Grade Secondary Boys 2-Mile

12:30 pm - 6th-8th Grade Individual & Team Awards

Check-In & Setup Instructions

  • Coaches are to report to the finish line area as designated on the schedule no later than 7:30 am for High School teams (10:00 am for 6th-8th Grade teams). Coaches will retrieve team bags at check-in with chipped bibs and distribute as indicated in literature provided at check-in.
  • Each campus is REQUIRED to have A MINIMUM OF ONE VOLUNTEER report at Finish Line/check-in that will be available for the entirety of each race section (Varsity & JV run from 7:30 am to roughly 10:00 am; 6th-8th Grade section runs from 10:30 am to roughly 12:30 pm). 
  • COACHES ARE TO COLLECT ATHLETE'S BIBS AND SHOETAGS AFTER THEIR RESPECTIVE RACE AND ANY ATHLETE WITH BIBS AWAITING THEIR RACE SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM THE FINISH LINE AREA SO AS TO NOT INTERFERE WITH TIMING SENSORS.

5K Course: Varsity Boys & JV Boys Only

Follow Red course. When approaching finish line go to left of shoot and follow blue course. Back around traffic circle and back to finish line.
