9:00 am - Varsity Boys 5K (3.1 Miles)

9:30 am - JV Boys 5K (3.1 Miles)

10:00 am - Varsity Girls 2-Mile

10:30 am - JV Girls 2-Mile

11:00 am - JV & Varsity Individual & Team Awards

11:00 am - 6th-8th Grade (Girls & Boys) Check-In & Course Walk-through

12:00 pm - 6th-8th Grade Premier Girls 2-Mile

12:30 pm - 6th-8th Grade Premier Boys 2-Mile

• Coaches are to report to the finish line area as designated on the schedule no later than 8:30 am for High School teams (11:00 am for 6th-8th Grade teams). Coaches will retrieve team bags at check-in with chipped bibs and distribute as indicated in literature provided at check-in.
  
• Each campus is REQUIRED to have A MINIMUM OF ONE VOLUNTEER report at Finish Line/check-in that will be available for the entirety of each race section (Varsity & JV run from 8:30 am to roughly 11:00 am; 6th-8th Grade section runs from 11:30 am to roughly 2:00 pm). 
• COACHES ARE TO COLLECT ATHLETE'S BIBS AND SHOETAGS AFTER THEIR RESPECTIVE RACE AND ANY ATHLETE WITH BIBS AWAITING THEIR RACE SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM THE FINISH LINE AREA SO AS TO NOT INTERFERE WITH TIMING SENSORS.
  

Due to on site flooding we have revised the course map (SEE BELOW)

We will utilize a 1 mile loop for all races.

6-8 Grade boys and girls,  JV Girls, and Varsity Girls will run two laps (red course) to complete the 3200M course (2miles).

The Varsity boys & JV Boys will run 3 laps (red course) they will also run the blue loop on their first lap only, this will equal the 5k course.  

Parking is minimal.  The main parking lot will be reserved for only spectator parking.  Security / traffic control personnel will be on-site to oversee the parking operations at the Samuell Farm parking lot.  Due to the minimal parking situation, everyone will need to carpool.  In addition, spectators for the 6th-8th Grade races should not arrive until the start of the 6th-8th Grade races at 12:00 pm.

There is NO PARKING ALLOWED on the US-80 access road.

Team buses will pull in to the main parking lot, circle around to drop off athletes, coaches, etc and then the bus will need to park at PTAA Mesquite, which will act as the team bus parking lot area for the meet.  The location for their campus is 3200 Oates Dr, Mesquite, TX 75149.
