Route Description & Parking Instuctions
3200M (Click for Route Map) Runners will start south of the soccer field, run a combination of the north, east, and south permiter and return. Runners then hug the building until a loop south of the finish line that returns to the start area for lap 2. Lap 2 finishes with a separate lane angling across the soccer field before the finish.
5K (Click for Route Map) Runners will start on the northwest corner of the soccer field, run towards the campus building before hugging the wall and being funneled onto the start area of the 3200M course. Runners proceed with the main loop of the 3200 course run twice for laps 1 and 2. Lap 3 utilizes the separate lane angling across the soccer field identical to the 3200M.
PARKING

- Teams showing up for high school walk-throughs and staying through the end of the 6th-8th Grade Awards are encouraged to arrive early and park in the northwest parking lot. NOTE: THIS PARKING LOT WILL BE CONED OFF AND IN-AND-OUT TRAFFIC WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ONCE RACES BEGIN. DO NOT PARK HERE UNLESS YOU INTEND TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRETY OF THE EVENT.
- All other parking are to use the main parking lot as indicated on the map.

8:30 am - JV Boys 5K (3.1 Miles)
9:00 am - Varsity Girls 2-Mile

10:00 am - 6th-8th Grade (Girls & Boys) Check-In & Course Walk-through
10:30 am - 6th-8th Grade Premier Girls 2-Mile

Check-In & Setup Instructions
- Coaches are to report to the finish line area as designated on the schedule no later than 730AM for those involved in 8AM races. Coaches will retrieve team bags with chipped bibs and shoe-tags and distribute as indicated in literature provided at check-in.
- Each campus is to have one volunteer report at Finish Line/check-in that will be available for the entirety of each race section(Varsity runs from 730AM to roughly 1030AM; 6th-8th Grade section runs from 1030AM to roughly 1230PM).
- Teams are strictly forbidden from organizing crowds or erecting canopies in the interior areas of the soccer field as identified on the parking map. All canopies should be located in the designated canopy area labeled on the parking map.
- COACHES ARE TO COLLECT ATHLETE'S BIBS AND SHOETAGS AFTER THEIR RESPECTIVE RACE AND ANY ATHLETE WITH BIB OR SHOETAG AWAITING THEIR RACE SHOULD BE KEPT AWAY FROM THE FINISH LINE AREA SO AS TO NOT INTERFERE WITH TIMING SENSORS.
