TCSAAL 2022-2023 State Golf Tournament

Tentative Starts:

(8:00 AM Shotgun Start) Middle School Boys, Middle School Girls, Varsity Girls

(12:00 PM Shotgun Start or when course is clear) Varsity Boys

We are pleased to announce that the TCSAAL State Golf Tournament will take place at the Harvey Penick Golf Campus, home to First Tee Greater Austin.

Our 6th- 8th grade will tee off from the green tees, and play 9 holes. Our High Schoolers will play 18 holes (9 holes twice). The High School boys will play from the white tees. The High School Girls will play from the green tees.

The Tournament will start at 8am. As the tournament approaches we will give more specific tee times, as we will have to do groupings in different flights. The tournament will start off in the shotgun format (all holes will be utilized at the start).

SCHEDULE

Varsity Girls, 6-8 Grade Girls & 6-8 Boys (Reminder Varsity plays 18 holes, 6-8 plays 9 holes)

7:00 AM Check-In (facility does not open before 7 am. Please do not show up before then.)

7:30 AM Coaches Meeting

7:50 Am Players report to the assigned tee box.

8:00 AM Start (Shotgun Start)

Awards: we will have a 6-8 Grade Award Ceremony and a Varsity Girls Award Ceremony after last scorecard is turned in.

Varsity Boys (Reminder Varsity plays 18 holes)

11:30 AM Check-In

12:00 PM Varsity Boys Coaches Meeting

12:20 (or when tournament Director sends players once course is clear. Player’s report to the assigned tee box.

12:30 Varsity Boys Start (Shotgun Start. Note that tournament director may audible this on the fly).

Awards after the last Varsity boys scorecard is turned in.
